Scottish Procurement Law Forum

The Scottish Procurement Law Forum is a non profit making organisation, which has been created to provide an arena in which those with a Scottish perspective on procurement law and policy can exchange ideas and engage in topical discussion and debate.

The aims of the Forum are:

  • To stimulate and contribute to debate about the development and application of procurement law and policy in Scotland.
  • To develop and promote closer working links in the field of procurement law between solicitors, advocates, academic lawyers, accountants, economists, regulators and any others that are interested in procurement law in Scotland.
  • To encourage a wider understanding of procurement law and its practical application across Scotland.
