The Office of Fair Trading Representative in Scotland invites you to a breakfast seminar on Friday 14 October
“Competition Enforcement: priorities and implications for business in Scotland”
OFT Director of Competition Enforcement, Vincent Smith and OFT Director of Legal Services, Brian McHenry
will introduce the theme and open up an informal discussion.
The seminar will be of particular interest for in-house lawyers, company secretaries, finance directors and compliance officers.
It will be held at the offices of Maclay Murray and Spens at 151 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2.
We will meet at 8.30 for coffee and croissants with discussion running from 9.00 to 10.15.
