I am delighted to announce the publication of the second issue of the Competition Law Scholars’ Forum: CLaSF-based refereed competition law journal, the Competition Law Review, available at the CLaSF website, at http://www.clasf.org/CompLRev/home.htm

The second issue is based on the CLaSF workshop of September 2004 entitled ‘Assessing the Boundary: Intellectual Property and Competition Law’ and contains an editorial by Imelda Maher and 4 excellent contributions.
