Our summer event will be hosted by Dundas & Wilson CS LLP. We will
consider remedies in merger and market investigations and the sanctions available to both the Competition Commission and the OFT in enforcing competition law. We will also consider the issues from the perspective of a company which has been the subject of competition law remedies.

The evening will be chaired by Peter Willis, Head of EU & Competition at Dundas & Wilson. Our main speakers will be:

Morven Hadden, Legal Director at the Competition Commission, on the design and implementation of remedies in merger and market investigations; and

Simon Williams, Senior Director of Cartels and Criminal Enforcement at the OFT, on the criminal sanctions available.

Following the principal presentations, there will be the usual open debate, followed by an opportunity for informal networking over drinks.
