SCLF Second Anniversary Gathering

The Scottish Competition Law Forum is delighted to invite you to its second anniversary gathering to be held at 29 Royal Exchange Square in Glasgow on Thursday 24 January 2008. The event is being kindly sponsored by Dundas & Wilson LLP and the Office of Fair Trading.
The evening will be an occasion for members to reflect on the second successful year of the Forum and to look ahead to the 2008 events.
It is also an opportunity to introduce new faces to the Forum and we would encourage you to extend this invitation to any contacts who may be interested. A formal invitation which you may forward to your contacts is attached to this email.
The evening will commence with a drinks reception at which we will report on the past year’s successes and outline our plans for 2008.
We are also delighted to welcome Richard Whish as our keynote speaker. Richard Whish is Professor of Law at Kings College, London and is renowned for his work in the field of competition law. He has written extensively on competition law matters and is also a non-executive member on the OFT’s board.
We will then move onto an extremely convivial dinner where you will meet new and old friends. We will also have an after-dinner speaker - whose identity is a well-guarded secret
